PMBA needs your support. We want to become the voice of mountain bikers in the Pennine area but without your support and input we can't do that. We need to know what's important to you, where you want the trails to be, what problems you're having on your local trails and what you want to make mountain biking better in our area.
You're happy enough to go out and get covered in mud and come home knackered on the bike, why not swap a few rides in the year for a couple of dig days.
Volunteers are the back bone of our local trails, we're planning them, designing them, building them, refining them, repairing them and sometimes we even ride them. We take on all sorts of task from the obvious digging to hauling gravel though to building bridges, rock gardens and northshore.
We help build, maintain and fund a number of routes and trail centres in the North West of England.
We support trails at Gisburn Forest, Lee Quarry and Healey Nab, plus the network of bridleways and loops on the Pennine Moors and Rossendale.
For the last few years more people have raced with PMBA Enduro than any other series.
From the first PMBA enduro race at Gisburn, the Series now features 6 rounds throughout the North West. These events have a great mix of grassroot racing to epic, steep descent riding.
